Motivation is KEY!

Hardest part about the workout .. isn't the workout, it is getting to the workout! Some tips I have found to be very useful:

1) Write it down - Make yourself a log book this works well for both exercise and deit!

2) Set Achievable goals

- Daily, Weekly monthly and yearly goals. Having on yearly goal can seem like to much making you feel as though you could never achieve it! * Remember to reward yourself, Even for the little things! (A reward should never include food)

3) Buddy System

- Find a buddy, use a Fitbit - challenge your friends to a weekly step battle (I know it works for me)

4) Sign up for something

- Group class, Personal training, half marathon or gym membership.

Not only do most of these include the buddy system but when we pay for something we are much more likely to stick to it!

5) Make it regular

Same time, same place!

Make exercise part of your routine!
